At SILA CHOCOLATES, we take allergen information seriously. Please read this page carefully before placing an order.

Important Allergen Notice

Our chocolates are prepared in an environment where the following allergens may be present:

Milk
Nuts
Peanuts
Soya
Gluten / wheat
Eggs
Sesame
Sulphites
Other allergens may also be present depending on ingredients and decorations used.

Because our products may be made, stored, or packed in the same environment, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of allergens.

If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering.

Product-Specific Allergen Information

Each product page should be checked before purchase. Some chocolates may contain milk, nuts, soya, gluten, peanuts, sesame, or other allergens.

Typical examples:

Pistachio chocolate products:
May contain milk, nuts, soya, gluten, and peanuts.

Hazelnut chocolate products:
May contain milk, hazelnuts, other nuts, soya, gluten, and peanuts.

White chocolate products:
May contain milk and soya. May also contain traces of nuts, peanuts, gluten, sesame, and eggs.

Caramel chocolate products:
May contain milk and soya. May also contain traces of nuts, peanuts, gluten, sesame, and eggs.

Gift boxes:
May contain a mixture of chocolates with different allergens. Please contact us before ordering if you require allergen details for a specific selection.

Ingredients

Ingredients vary depending on the product and flavour. Product descriptions may include example ingredients, but final ingredients should always be checked before purchase.

Cross-Contamination

Although care is taken during preparation and packing, cross-contamination may occur. Our products are not suitable for customers with severe allergies unless confirmed otherwise in writing.

Storage Advice

Store chocolates in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, humidity, and strong odours.

Recommended storage temperature:
Between 12°C and 18°C where possible.

Do not leave chocolates in direct sunlight, near radiators, or inside a warm car.

Best Before

Our chocolates are made in small batches. Best-before dates may vary depending on the product and filling.

Please check the product label or contact us if you need shelf-life information before ordering.
