Refund & Returns Policy

At SILA CHOCOLATES, every order is prepared with care. Due to the nature of our products being food items, we are unable to accept returns once chocolates have been dispatched, unless the item arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Please note:
- We cannot offer refunds for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- We cannot refund orders where delivery was attempted but the customer was unavailable.
- We cannot accept returns for unwanted food items after dispatch.
- We cannot guarantee refunds for products affected by improper storage after delivery.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos of the external packaging and the damaged product.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been prepared or dispatched. As many of our chocolates are handmade or prepared in small batches, cancellation may not be possible once production has started.
