SILA CHOCOLATES currently delivers within the United Kingdom.

Processing Time

Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 working days. During busy periods, seasonal launches, or custom orders, preparation may take longer.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is usually 2–5 working days after dispatch, depending on the delivery service used.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. We may offer free UK delivery on orders over a selected amount, such as £40.

Warm Weather Notice

Chocolate is sensitive to heat. During warm weather, we may delay dispatch slightly or use suitable packaging to reduce the risk of melting. Once delivered, please store chocolates in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Missed Deliveries

If delivery is attempted and the customer is unavailable, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow courier instructions for redelivery or collection.

Damaged or Delayed Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
