Yes, our chocolates are designed as premium handmade-style chocolate products, prepared in small batches or curated selections depending on the product.
Do your chocolates contain allergens?
Yes, our products may contain or come into contact with milk, nuts, peanuts, soya, gluten, eggs, sesame, and other allergens. Please read our Allergens & Ingredients page before ordering.
Can I order if I have a severe allergy?
Please contact us before ordering. We cannot guarantee that products are completely free from traces of allergens due to possible cross-contamination.
How should I store the chocolates?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, humidity, and strong odours. Best enjoyed at room temperature.
Do you offer gift boxes?
Yes, SILA CHOCOLATES offers premium gift boxes suitable for birthdays, celebrations, thank-you gifts, corporate gifting, and special occasions.
Can I customise a chocolate box?
Custom orders may be available depending on quantity, timing, and flavour selection. Please contact us before ordering.
Do you deliver across the UK?
We currently aim to deliver within the United Kingdom. Delivery options and charges are shown at checkout.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product.
Can I return chocolates?
Due to food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for unwanted chocolates once dispatched, unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
